Return Policy
At Label Hair, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you may return your order for a refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please read this policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.
Returns
You have the right to return products purchased from us within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used styling attachments/accessories cannot be accepted unless faulty.
How to start a return
To initiate a return, please email our customer support at support@labelhair.nl with:
- Your order number
- The reason for return
- Clear photos/video if there is damage or a defect
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is the result of our error (e.g., a defective product or incorrect shipment).
Damage or delays caused by external carriers or customs do not qualify as a reason for free returns. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
Return authorisation
Once your request has been approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number and instructions. Returns must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the RA number. Items returned without an RA may experience processing delays.
Damaged or incorrect product
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover all reasonable return shipping costs. We’ll provide a prepaid label or a credit code for the return. Please report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
Exchanges
Exchanges are possible within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unused and in original packaging.
- Exchanges are available for products of equal value; if the new item costs more, the difference must be paid.
- Return shipping for exchanges is paid by the customer unless the issue was our fault.
Exceptions (non-returnable items)
- Used products or items not in their original condition/packaging (unless faulty on arrival).
- Opened hygiene items (e.g., styling attachments that have been used), unless defective.
- Gift cards and downloadable/digital products (if applicable).
- In some cases we may send a replacement without requiring the original item to be returned. If the replacement also does not meet expectations, both items must be returned to qualify for a refund.
Restocking fee
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This covers processing, inspection, and repackaging. The fee may be waived if:
- The product was received damaged or defective; or
- The wrong product was delivered and a suitable replacement is unavailable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by provider (typically 3–7 business days after we issue the refund).
Changes to this policy
Label Hair reserves the right to amend or update this Return Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
