Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Label Hair, we know fast and reliable delivery matters. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about processing, shipping times, tracking and more.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). During peak periods or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

We offer standard and (where available) expedited shipping options. Available services depend on destination and order contents. You’ll see the options and rates at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, weight and parcel size. From time to time we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.

Estimated Delivery Times

Typical delivery windows (after dispatch):

  • Netherlands / Belgium: 1–2 business days
  • EU (neighbouring countries): 2–5 business days
  • Rest of EU: 3–7 business days
  • Outside EU: 5–10 business days (customs may add time)

Please note: severe weather, carrier backlogs or customs inspections can impact transit times. We’ll always do our best to help if delays occur.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you’ll receive a tracking link by email. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking to activate after the label is created. Didn’t receive it? Check your spam folder or contact us.

Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address after placing an order? Contact us immediately at support@labelhair.nl. We’ll try to amend it before dispatch, but changes can’t be guaranteed once the parcel has been processed or handed to the carrier.

Split Shipments

To speed up delivery, items in the same order may ship separately. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel (if applicable).

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders delivered within the EU generally do not incur customs duties. For deliveries outside the EU, local taxes or import duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot control or predict these charges.

Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender

If a delivery attempt fails (incorrect address, uncollected parcel, etc.) and the parcel returns to us, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping costs may apply) or a refund minus original shipping fees.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears lost in transit or arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@labelhair.nl with your order number and photos of the packaging and item. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it and organise a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

Pre-order items ship as soon as stock arrives. Estimated dispatch dates are shown on the product page and in your confirmation email. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be split to avoid delays.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot deliver to certain restricted locations or PO Boxes where carriers do not support parcel delivery. If we’re unable to ship to your address, we’ll contact you promptly with alternatives.
